Solutions · Surrogacy Programs

Five Parties.
One Case File.
One Truth.

Surrogacy programs do not fail on clinical skill. They fail because the parents, surrogate, obstetrician and lawyer each hold their own file, and the missing Board certificate turns up at week 34. ConceiveX puts every party on one case record and hands the program this morning’s numbers.

Every Case, One Screen, This Morning.

Not a status sheet assembled by the coordinator every Friday. The same record the clinician, the obstetrician and the lawyer write in is the record the program reads, so the number on this screen is today’s, not last month’s.

The embryo’s custody is on the case

Thaw and transfer into the surrogate are witnessed twice and timestamped, so the Board and the intending parents can see which embryo, from which cycle, on which day.

Consents follow the case

Surrogate, spouse and intending-parent consents and the agreement are signed once and read by every party on the case, in the language each signed in.

Escrow pays only what the Act allows

Medical expenses and the 36-month insurance are held per case and released against the clinic’s and obstetrician’s invoices, never as a payment to the surrogate.

Roles, access and isolation

Five Parties on One Case. Each Sees Only Their Part of It.

Intending parents see their own case and nothing else. The surrogate sees her visits and consents, not the couple’s finances. The obstetrician sees the antenatal card. Counsel sees documents, not clinical notes.

Questions About Surrogacy Programs

PricingCan the surrogate move between clinic, obstetrician and hospital without the file?

Yes. One case record opens for every party. Screening at the clinic, the antenatal card at the obstetrician and the birth record at the delivery hospital all write to the same case, with the same consents. Thaw and transfer are witnessed and timestamped, and medical expenses are released against the invoice of whoever did the work. Plans run ₹1,700, ₹1,500 and ₹1,300 a login a month plus GST with every module included; see the price list or work out your own number.

PricingHow is ConceiveX priced?

Per login per month: Starter ₹1,700 for 2 to 10 logins, Growth ₹1,500 for 11 to 30, Advanced ₹1,300 for 31 to 100, plus GST. Every module is in every plan. Plans run ₹1,700, ₹1,500 and ₹1,300 a login a month plus GST with every module included; see the price list or work out your own number.

PricingWhat does annual billing save?

₹200 a login every month, so Growth drops from ₹1,500 to ₹1,300. Billed once a year with a reminder 30 days before renewal. Plans run ₹1,700, ₹1,500 and ₹1,300 a login a month plus GST with every module included; see the price list or work out your own number.

PricingCan we change plans mid-year?

Yes. Add or remove logins any time and the next invoice adjusts pro rata. Plans run ₹1,700, ₹1,500 and ₹1,300 a login a month plus GST with every module included; see the price list or work out your own number.

PricingWhat happens if we cross a plan's login limit?

PricingIs pricing different for hospitals?

The hospital plan with IPD, OT and TPA is ₹2,100, ₹1,900 and ₹1,700 a login. Everything else is identical. Plans run ₹1,700, ₹1,500 and ₹1,300 a login a month plus GST with every module included; see the price list or work out your own number.

Go-liveHow long is set-up for forty open cases, and does any case pause?

About fourteen weeks for forty cases. The program office and document set go live first, with the case board switched on alongside. Then open cases migrate in waves of three, two weeks apart, oldest first, and each party is given their login. No case pauses for the switch, and a new case opens Board-ready on the program template in nine days. Migration is included in every plan and the median go-live is 19 days; three clinics describe their switch.

Go-liveHow long does go-live take?

The median is 19 days from first login to first live morning. Migration is included in every plan and the median go-live is 19 days; three clinics describe their switch.

Go-liveWhat gets migrated?

Patient demographics, cycle history, lab records, cryo registers, stock, billing balances and documents, from any system or from paper. Migration is included in every plan and the median go-live is 19 days; three clinics describe their switch.

Go-liveWho does the migration?

A ConceiveX implementation specialist. Your team checks the result and nobody retypes records. Migration is included in every plan and the median go-live is 19 days; three clinics describe their switch.

Go-liveWill the clinic close during switchover?

No. Clinics run both systems for a week or two and switch on a quiet morning. Migration is included in every plan and the median go-live is 19 days; three clinics describe their switch.

Go-liveHow is staff trained for go-live?

Two rounds per role, in English or Hindi, on your own data, plus the role videos. Migration is included in every plan and the median go-live is 19 days; three clinics describe their switch.

Go-liveWhat if staff resist the change?

Training is role-specific and short, and go-live week has a specialist on call from 7 a.m. Most teams prefer the new system by day three. Migration is included in every plan and the median go-live is 19 days; three clinics describe their switch.

Go-liveCan we go live module by module?

Yes. Front desk and billing first, then the lab a week later, is the most common order. Migration is included in every plan and the median go-live is 19 days; three clinics describe their switch.

Go-liveIs there a go-live checklist?

Yes. A dated plan with owners on both sides, shared on day one of onboarding. Migration is included in every plan and the median go-live is 19 days; three clinics describe their switch.

ProductHow do we keep parents, surrogate and lawyer from seeing each other’s data?

Roles are set at program level. Intending parents see their own case and the surrogate’s antenatal progress, never her medical history or another case. The obstetrician sees the antenatal card, not the couple’s escrow. Counsel sees documents, not clinical notes. The program director sees money and outcomes without note text, and every read is logged. See it on your own workflows in a 45-minute demo, configured for your clinic type before you join.

Five details, one case board

Tell Us Five Things About Your Program and We Will Show You Its Case Board.

No slide deck. We load your open cases, your consent set and your escrow rules, then walk one case from Board filing to the surrogate’s antenatal card, while the program office watches.

  • 1A 60-minute walkthrough with someone who has set up a surrogacy program, not a sales call.
  • 2A written set-up plan listing each open case’s consents, Board orders and escrow to move.
  • 3Program pricing for your logins and open cases, in writing, before you decide anything.
