One bench procedure library
Reference ranges, prep methods, quality control limits and consent sets are published from the lab office and versioned. A bench can hold a documented variance, a CASA cut-off, a DFI batch schedule, but it is visible, approved and dated, not a note taped to the centrifuge.

Consents follow the man
Storage, thaw and disposition consents are signed once at intake and travel with his straws to every referring clinic, in the language he signed in.

Referring clinics keep their patient data isolated and still receive their reports and ART Act returns. Bench users never see a price.

Consents, donor sperm registers, witnessing records and tank inventories export per referrer or for the whole lab in one action.

The bench goes live first, intake, WHO-6 analysis, prep, cryo, and becomes the reference. Referrers connect in waves of three, two weeks apart, with the lab director’s board live from week one. No cup waits for the switch.
